Apartment Features
Each apartment is attractive, spacious and airy. They were designed to provide maximum safety, comfort, convenience and privacy. All have handicap accessible doorways and showers; ample closets, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. Each bathroom has a mirrored vanity with ample drawer space, wheelchair accessible commode, and a walk-in shower with safety grab rails. For additional safety, every resident is provided a personal call pendant so help is always within reach; the bathroom and bedroom are also equipped with pull cords to summon help should it be necessary.
Apartment Maintenance
Waterford Senior Living provides all repairs and apartment maintenance needed.
Weekly Bed Linen and Towel Care
Every week the bed linens and towels laundered.
Housekeeping Services
A thorough apartment cleaning is performed two times monthly. Daily housekeeping service includes bed making, trash removal and light housekeeping chores, which are available with the customized service plan.
Utilities and Cable TV
All utilities (heating, cooling, electric, water) are included in the rent. There are phone and cable hookups in each apartment's living room and bedroom. The only extra utility cost to the resident is phone and cable service.
Individual Control of Heating and Air Conditioning
There is a heating and cooling unit located in the living room of each apartment that the resident can control and keep their apartment at the temperature they desire.
